TWO men with a close connection with Coleraine Football Club have swapped the Showgrounds for Buckingham Palace in recent days.
Former club director and well-known Coleraine businessman Raymond Pollock was in London recently to be presented with his MBE.
 Not far behind him was former Coleraine defender Liam Beckett, who was also recognised with the awarding of an MBE.
Both men were accompanied by members of their families as they were presented with their honour at Buckingham Palace.
Raymond Pollock was recognised for his charity work, principally with the NIChildren to Lapland charity.
Liam Beckett's charity work, in his role as Ballymoney's Black Santa, was a prinicpal reason for his award.
