Saving lives in town

Thursday, 26 April 2018

TRIANGLE Housing has funded a defibrillator in Ballymoney town centre.
Triangle Housing celebrates their 40th anniversary this year and as part of the celebrations decided to give something back to the local communities in which they work. They donated almost 2000 for the defibrillator, which was installed by Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council. Councillor Ian Stevenson has been campaigning for years for more defibrillators in the Borough and is delighted with the gift from Triangle. The potentially lifesaving equipment has been installed in the Castlecroft area of the town and will provide that much needed medical assistance if someone nearby suffers a heart attack.
