Four goal McManus leads the way thumbnailNeil McManus got Antrim moving in the right direction against Dublin City University.

Antrim...................................6-17
Dublin City University............1-22

ANTRIM wrapped up their Walsh Cup campaign in style with a ten point victory against Dublin City University at Jordanstown. This, coupled with an opening success against Westmeath, should set them up for a busy week ahead despite that mauling by Kilkenny in their last game.
In addition to that drubbing they had two players injures, Neal McAuley and Matthew Donnelly and then were very unfortunate to lose Cushendall sharp shooter Christy McNaughton who broke his ankle in a midweek training session.
Later this week the tackle Down in a challenge game as Terence McNaughton, Dominic McKinley, Neil Peden and Gary O'Kane keep their noses to the grindstone, before the real treat when they take on All Ireland Champions in an exhibition game at Corrigan Park on Sunday.
This clash comes about as part of a weekend to celebrate the life of Clonard priest Alex Reid and will also include a demonstration training session from the All Ireland champions at Woodlands on the Saturday.
