Quality line-up confirmed for Donegal thumbnailManus Kelly is the defending Donegal Rally Champion.

THREE previous Donegal Rally winners - including the defending champion - are among the starters for the next round of the Irish Tarmac Championship. Manus Kelly will be the top seed for the three-day classic after winning his home international by just half-a-second in a hired S!2 Subaru Impreza WRC.
Kelly returns in the Melvyn Evans Motorsport car with Donall Barrett who, over the weekend, announced he is coming out of retirement specially for it.
2013 Tarmac champion Garry Jennings is taking part in his similar Impreza and will be desperate to make up for last year's disappointment when engine trouble towards the end of the very first stage led to his retirement. Another high-profile driver to bow out with mechanical troubles was Declan Boyle.
Boyle has endured an indifferent season so far, retiring from three of the five meetings he has started with his sole win coming on the Cavan Stages.
While Kelly and Boyle have both sampled the joy of winning on local soil, the dream continues to elude Donagh Kelly in his older-spec Ford Focus WRC.
His best showing at the Donegal International came two seasons ago with third - but even then Kelly was more than two minutes off the leading pace.
