The award recognises those who have gone above and beyond in their role as Golf Manager.

The judges for the Golfers Guide to Ireland Awards commented on Terry's professionalism in overseeing the resort's golf and spa offering.
They also gave credit to his continuous professional development as he is currently studying for an Executive MBA at the University of Ulster.
The award follows a stream of success for the Roe Park Resort following a £1m investment programme in the golf and leisure facilities over the past five years which saw the redevelopment of its golf course and an enhancement of its driving range, golf club, academy and 18 hole course.
